Welcome to Corcept Digitals. By accessing or using our websites, digital workspace, and associated applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
1 Use of the Service
Corcept provides an all-round suite of digital utilities, including PDF manipulation, 3D rendering, AI text/voice generation, and workflow automation. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Uploading, processing, or synthesizing illegal, explicit, harmful, or copyright-infringing content through our tools.
- Attempting to bypass our credit system, rate limits, or backend security safeguards.
- Deploying automated crawlers, bots, or denial-of-service scripts to rapidly execute tools without authorization.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or re-hosting our proprietary client code or document builder engines.
We reserve the right to revoke access or block any IP address or user account found violating these conditions without prior notice.
2 Credits, Accounts & Subscriptions
High-computation tools on the platform (such as neural voice generation, background isolation, and high-DPI rendering) consume credits:
- Guest Access: Guests receive a recurring daily allotment of free credits tied to their anonymous device token. Unused guest credits do not accumulate or roll over.
- Registered & Pro Accounts: Purchased credit packs and subscription tiers allocate defined balances to your profile. All purchases are final once credits have been utilized.
- Credit Longevity: Paid credits remain active in your account indefinitely as long as your profile remains in good standing.
3 Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
Your Source Assets: You retain complete ownership of all files, graphics, datasets, and copy you process through Corcept Tools. We claim zero ownership or licensing rights over your personal assets.
Generated Outputs: Any deliverables produced by the platform (e.g., converted PDF documents, rendered invoices, synthesized speech tracks, 3D assets) belong entirely to you for personal and commercial usage.
Platform Ownership: The Corcept system, brand marks, website designs, source code, and algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Corcept Digitals.
4 Limitation of Liability
The Service is delivered on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
While we engineer for 99.9% reliability, Corcept Digitals will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Service interruptions, maintenance windows, or temporary downtime.
- Data corruption or lost uploads caused by client network drops during processing.
- Discrepancies in automated conversions (such as OCR character misinterpretations or document layout shifts).
Users are encouraged to maintain independent backups of critical source documents before running batch modifications.
5 Modifications & Termination
We reserve the right to introduce new tools, revise existing capabilities, or adjust credit costs to reflect changing computational costs. Significant policy adjustments will be highlighted across the platform.
6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
