At Corcept Digitals, your data belongs to you. Our platform is built around privacy-first logic: we avoid storing or inspecting your files, and we process your media locally on your device whenever technologically possible.
1 How Our Tools Process Your Data
We believe privacy is achieved by design, not just policies. Our architecture treats user files with extreme care:
- Local Browser Processing: The vast majority of our 50+ tools (including Multi-Image Converter, PDF Merge, Split, Rotate, and basic raster engines) run 100% inside your browser via Canvas and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device.
- Server-Side Processing: Computational tasks that exceed browser capabilities (such as neural AI Voice generation and high-resolution server document compilation) communicate over encrypted HTTPS bridges.
- Instant In-Memory Deletion: Any file processed on our servers is held transiently in memory and deleted immediately once your output is generated. We never keep archives, logs, or copies of your work.
2 Information We Collect
We keep data collection to the absolute bare minimum needed to maintain account state and manage abuse:
- Account Details: When you register or link an account, we store your username, hashed password, and associated email address.
- Credits & Session Tokens: We maintain your current credit count and store an anonymous device token cookie to remember your login across browser reloads.
- Operational Telemetry: Anonymized interaction events (e.g., "User launched Audio PDF Reader") are logged to monitor platform stability and prioritize tool performance.
3 Cookies and Local Storage
We use standard session cookies strictly for account authentication and security tokens. In addition, our tools use HTML5 Local Storage to preserve your active workspaces (such as your unsaved document drafts, zoom scale settings, and custom color presets) entirely within your local device.
4 Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense
We may partner with third-party vendors, including Google AdSense, to serve advertisements that support our free tools suite. These networks use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits:
- Google uses advertising cookies to serve relevant advertisements to users based on browsing history across the web.

We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal information or uploaded document contents to any third parties for advertising or profiling purposes.
Data is shared solely with trusted operational infrastructure partners (such as authenticated payment gateways for credit purchases) under strict data protection standards.
6 Security Protections
All traffic between your browser and our platform is encrypted using modern TLS/HTTPS encryption protocols. Internal server endpoints undergo routine security audits to protect against unauthorized intrusion.
7 Your Data Rights
You have full ownership of your account. You can inspect, modify, or permanently delete your account and all associated JSON records anytime via your profile settings or by contacting support.
