3. Payments

a. Pricing and Fees

All pricing will be communicated clearly before the initiation of any service. Payments must be made in full or as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract.

b. Payment Methods

We accept payments via FlutterWave, Bank transfers and other means accepted by us.

c. Late Payments

Failure to make payments on time may result in service delays or suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Corcept Digitals during the course of service delivery remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of deliverables may transfer to the client as per the terms of the agreement.

After completion of any project, all websites or designs created by Corcept Digitals will include our signature at the bottom as a reference to our work. If a client chooses to remove this signature, ownership of the project will be fully transferred to the client. Consequently, Corcept Digitals will no longer be responsible for future updates, content changes, or adjustments, as the removal of the signature signifies the end of our obligation to the project.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials provided by us without prior written consent until full transfer of ownership had been initiated.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential, including business details, financial information, and deliverables, unless required by law or mutually agreed otherwise.

6. Limitation of Liability

Corcept Digitals will not be held liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., technical issues, Client response rate.).
  Our total liability for any claims will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• There is a breach of these Terms.
• Payment is not received as agreed.
• The user engages in unlawful or inappropriate behavior.

8. Third-Party Services

Our services may involve the use of third-party tools, software, or platforms. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party services, and their terms and conditions will apply where relevant.
